This 7′ x 7′ training net frame fits seven different Bownet training and protection systems for a variety of sports:

Ordering our BOW™ frame is a great choice if you’re purchasing several of the above nets and don’t need a separate frame for each. It’s also a drop-in replacement to keep on hand in case of trouble. Each frame has composite BOW poles, a powder coated steel base, two ground stakes and non-market rubber feet for long-lasting stable performance. We’ve also added a weather-resistant carry bag. It takes 60 seconds to assemble your replacement BOW frame – add the appropriate training net for the session and Train Like a Pro.
